  • Hiring: Remote Studio Operations Coordinator

    Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)
    Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week
    Compensation: $22-$28 per hour (based on experience)

    Toronto Yoga Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Studio Operations Coordinator to support our growing yoga and Pilates studio. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, marketing, and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Email & Customer Support: Respond to client and instructor inquiries professionally and promptly.

    • Payroll Processing: Manage instructor payments and ensure accuracy in payroll administration.

    • Studio Management Software (Mariana Tek): Update schedules, manage class bookings, and troubleshoot issues.

    • Website & Social Media Updates: Maintain and refresh website content, create and schedule social media posts, and manage digital marketing campaigns.

    • Marketing & Outreach: Support email marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.

    • General Administrative Tasks: Assist with reporting, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Experience in studio administration, fitness/wellness industry, or similar roles preferred.

    • Proficiency with Mariana Tek, website management (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar), and social media platforms.

    • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

    • Bonus: Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or other design/marketing tools.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Hourly rate: $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

    • Flexible schedule with remote work.

  • Job Title: Movement Instructor (Yoga & Pilates)

    Job Type: Independent Contractor
    Compensation: $50 per class

    Toronto Yoga Co. is a welcoming, community-focused studio offering high-quality yoga and Pilates classes for all levels. We are looking for passionate and skilled Movement Instructors to lead engaging, safe, and effective classes in yoga, Pilates, or other movement modalities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead dynamic and inclusive group movement classes (yoga, Pilates, or specialty classes).

    • Provide clear instructions, modifications, and hands-on (or verbal) corrections to support all levels.

    • Create a positive and supportive environment that aligns with Toronto Yoga Co.’s values.

    • Arrive on time to set up the studio and ensure a seamless experience for students.

    • Stay up to date with industry trends and continue professional development.

    • Maintain professionalism and uphold studio policies, including respecting the studio’s locked door policy, late cancel/no-show policies, and independent contractor expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Certification in Yoga (RYT-200+), Pilates (Mat/Reformer), or other movement modalities.

    • Previous teaching experience preferred.

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different student needs.

    • Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality classes.

  • Job Title: Front Desk Associate
    Location: Toronto Yoga Co.
    Job Type: Part-Time (Shifts available: Mon-Fri 9:00am-1:30pm, Mon-Thurs 5:00pm-9:30pm, Sat-Sun 9:00am-1:30pm)
    Compensation: $16-$18 per hour (based on experience)

    Toronto Yoga Co. is a vibrant, community-focused studio offering yoga and Pilates classes for all levels. We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to be the face of our studio, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and check in students, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

    • Process class bookings, retail sales, and memberships using Mariana Tek.

    • Answer emails and assist with customer inquiries, both in person and online.

    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, including tidying common areas and assisting with class setup/teardown.

    • Support studio events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Customer service or front desk experience preferred (fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries a plus).

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Comfortable handling basic administrative tasks and using studio management software (training provided).

    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

    • Passion for yoga, Pilates, or wellness is a plus!
